Hi, I'm a computer science researcher/engineer working on 3D audio and spatial audio reproduction (phD from the University of Maryland, 2014) where I developed algorithms for fast head-related transfer function convolution, interpolation, and personalization. My current works are in modeling room acoustics and integrating 3D sound with applications to virtual reality at Visisonics Corp; other interests include fast linear algebra methods (structured matrix systems), machine learning (Gaussian processes, non-negative matrix factorization), spatial data structures (tesselations).
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, reading, playing go, and writing my blog on philosophy visualized.
