All policies regarding requests for regrades are outlined below. Please note that any requests for regrading of class material not done according to the guidelines below may result in that request being denied.
An "Official Regrade Request Form" can be downloaded and printed via the following URL's:
http://www.cs.umd.edu/class/fall2002/cmsc114/Admin/orrf.html [HTML format] http://www.cs.umd.edu/class/fall2002/cmsc114/Admin/orrf.doc [Microsoft Word Document]
NOTE: the policies outlined below are slightly different then what was specified on the class syllabus. You may consider the following to be the official procedure for requesting a regrade on any course assignment.
Note: you must turn in this request by the deadline outlined on the course syllabus unless you are physically incapable of doing so (in which case you will need to provide documentation to that effect once you are capable of doing so). Generally that deadline is one week after the graded material has been returned to the class at large.
If after 2-3 weeks your regrade request has not been processed please contact the your teaching TA during any of their posted office hours or an instructor of the course.
Please see the class syllabus for additional information/policies and remember that the University has a Code of Academic Integrity by which all students are expected to abide and any suspected violations of this code will be turned in to the University per University regulation.
