To get a copy of Microsoft Visual Studio, you will need to go to the
following.

If you try to access either of these links, it will ask for
a username and password. To get that, you will have to email the TA,
mhf20002@umd5.umd.edu

The download is quite large(344mb).  If this is an issue try to find 
someone with a fatter pipe and a cd burner.  The TA may be able to help 
you out with this, but does not relish the idea.  Looks like it would take 
me about 15 hours to download(connection does not appear to be very fast, 
I am not sure if that is me or the server- probably me).
