In order for you or your loved one to use MyMedMinder, you will need to create an account for the person whose medications you want to record in the system.

Your "Login Name" can be whatever you choose it to be, but many use their first name or nickname. Your "Password" should be a minimum of 6 characters, but no more than 10. It can be a mixture of letters and numbers, and it is not case-sensitive. It should be something that you can remember easily, but it should not be something that another person could easily guess. For example, we do not recommend using your last name or your birthdate.

Once you have completed this function and created an account, you will be prompted to login to MyMedMinder to begin entering medications.
