Creating (Printing to) a PDF file(PC)
You might already have a virtual PDF printer on your computer, but if
not you can install CutePDF available at:
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
in order to save a file as a PDF file. Installing CutePDF requires
installing GPL Ghostscript 8.15 and CuteWriter.
On the above page, you will see a link labeled "Free Download" that should
allow you to download those two pieces.
Click on that link and either select "Open" when the "File Download" dialog
appear to run the installer, or select "Save" to save it to your desktop,
and then run the installer from the desktop.
The following steps describe how to save a file as a PDF file once you have installed CutePDF:
Creating (Printing to) a PDF file(Mac)
To create a PDF file from an existing file, double-click the file (this
should open it in Preview) and then "print" the image to a PDF file. To
do this, go to FILE then Save As... In this dialog box, select the format
to be "PDF" and then enter the name of the file to which you want to save
the document (such as Task2.pdf) and select the location to which to save
the document (such as the desktop).
