Creating Snapshots in Windows

• Press the PrintScreen button (PrtSc or Prnt Scrn). This will place a copy of the screen in the clipboard.
• Use paint (or any other image processing program), select the portion of the screen image you need, and save in a file with the appropriate format.

Creating Snapshots in a Mac

• Press the keys Command (the one with the Apple) at the same time that you press the Shift key and the 3 key. This will create a file in the desktop that you can edit.
