Piccolo is now being maintained and distributed by a very active volunteer group at
www.piccolo2d.org. We'll leave this site here for history, but it is no longer being maintained.
Piccolo.Java, Piccolo.NET, and PocketPiccolo.NET are all being developed at the University of Maryland, and
are led by
Professor Ben Bederson.
Jesse Grosjean is the main implementer of Piccolo
and is currently maintaining the java codebase. Aaron Clamage is the primary developer working on Piccolo.NET
and PocketPiccolo.NET.
In addition, student Lance Good regularly contributes to Piccolo.
Of course, since Piccolo is Open Source, we have also had contributions from
people around the world. These people are listed with their contributions
in the doc/ChangeLog file in the distributions.
