• Goal: A level-5 maturity rating, implying continuous process improvement via defect prevention, technology innovation, and process change management

• Approach: Five-level process maturity model defined. Maturity level assigned based on repeated assessment of performance in key process areas. Improvement achieved by action plans for processes assessed to be deficient.

Result: A set of well-defined key processes
