Interpreration one: the author is alarmed that Porn is on the rise, and, in particular
certain kinds of (to him) distasteful porn.
This is what the article meant. You may or may not agree that porn is bad for society. You may or
may not agree that certain kinds of porn are bad for society. 

Interpreration two: the author is alarmed that the incest-porn on the web is fake. 
He wants to see the real thing! I suspect this is not one of your major concerns.
