Iran is the worse enabler of Terrorism in the mideast

1) Iran is just really bad at enabling terror in the middleast.
Maybe they are not trying hard enough. I doubt Trump meant this
since, if it is what he thought, it would not bolster his case
for breaking the treaty.

This is prob what Trump thinks.
