This file contains project information associated with part0 and part1 in the part1 directory.

Right now, directory p10  contains  an html version of the part0 and part1 spec
which can be obtained by clicking the link.
For pdf and ps versions, edit the URL   to have  p11.pdf and p11.ps
after the p11 directory name.

Since part0 is a proper subset of part1,  we have to have two  files
for  ".submit".     part0.submit  and part1.submit

To use them, remove the part0 or part1 as appropriate.
the part0.submit  will go away after 6/20/19 or so.

Remember, you need the part1in.xsd  to give the xml parser the
informationi needed to run you project. If you click on it and see
nothing in your browser, you should go to the browsermenu and save the file.

The true public tests (with inputs and outputs) for part1 are also in the zip file
in this directory.
