Nature of error
Speaking about the origin of the title "Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" athor writes:
"this, almost impossible to translate title Barrett took from a textbook poem "What do the Willows make noise about" by K.Graham"
Correction
Barrett took the phrase from the book The Wind In The Willows and this is not a poem but a children's novel book.
Analysis
Most likely author had incorrect infomation about the book due to the translation issues.

Nature of error
Author writes:
The Final Cut, ... became the last work of the band in its "classic" lineup ...
Correction
By "classic lineup" author means Waters, Gilmour, Mason, Wright. Rick Wright was not in the band during the recording of The Final Cut, thus making The Wall (1979) technically the last Pink Floyd album in "classic lineup".
Analysis
Author definetely did not know that Rick was not in the band by 1983, and choose bad wording. Had he written "... became the last work of classic Pink Floyd" noone would have objected.

Nature of error
Author writes about Roger Waters solo career:
"...Roger Waters ... creates his own band Radio KAOS "
Correction
Roger Waters never created a band called Radio KAOS. He however recorded album Radio KAOS in 1987.
