The BCD "Cool Time Calculator"

The BCD "Cool Time Calculator" is a simple .NET application that can be used to determine at what time various "cool" patterns will appear on a BCD (binary coded decimal) clock. You need to have the .NET framework installed for this application to run on your machine. This application was built as part of an introductory class project concept. This executable has been posted for free for entertainment purposes.
