You know, I collect the little one line quips of wisdom of humor that you see on things like bumper stickers. It's certainly cheaper than collecting stamps or cars. I thought I would share with you some quips of President Reagan.
"We will always remember. We will always be proud. We will always be prepared, so we may always be free. " "No arsenal or no weapon in the arsenals of the world is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. " "Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it.
If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it. " "The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help. " (I think the most uplifting words I could ever hear are: "I'm a United States Solder, and I'm here to take you home. ") "How do you tell a Communist? Well, it's someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It's someone who understands Marx and Lenin. " "History teaches that war begins when governments believe the price of aggression is cheap. " May history never forget these witticisms.
