  I'm going to drink the recommended amount of water that you are suppose to drink a day. I read that technically it's not 64 ounces, but instead you are suppose to drink  oz.
for every pound you weigh which for me would be, well, that's non of your business. The thing is, right now, all I drink is water. Occationally I'll drink a coke (or pop, or soda, or soft drink, whatever you call it, in California we call everything coke) or on the weekends something a little stronger, but for the most part I drink water.
I know I don't drink anywhere near 64 oz. but I fear if I drink more, no one will ever see me, because I'll be in the bathroom all the time. But still, this is an experiment I'm willing to try. I just have to psych myself up to do it.
