in a slump I seem to be in a bit of a blogging slump lately. I hate to post anything if the inspiration doesn't hit me, and lately it just hasn't been hitting me. This week I've been in the mood to observe rather than create. So while I haven't been posting anything, I've been all over other weblogs -- my usual favorites, like urlLink this one, urlLink this one and urlLink this one. I've also been discovering some great blogs as well: urlLink Rico is one of my new faves. Reading other blogs usually inspires me to post stuff of my own, so stay tuned. And speaking of enjoying blogs, urlLink nitpicker is back after a rather lengthy hiatus. This blog is the product of Terry Welch, an extremely intelligent and insightful friend of mine whom I've known for about ten years. Terry was also the guy who inspired me to get off my ass and create a blog of my own (yes, it's his fault). Check out his site -- in a world of Bill O'Reilly and Fox "News," it's comforting to read the thoughts of an intelligent liberal. If you're looking for something to watch tonight, check out tonight's 7 p.m. urlLink Law & Order rerun on TNT.
They're airing a 1994 episode called "Censure," and the guy playing Dan Rudman is urlLink Kip Niven, who happens to be one of Liza's drama professors at urlLink Emerson. A brush with fame is one thing, but a Law & Order brush is something else entirely.
