  Today marks a fairly significant day in the urlLink Blogosphere . One of the stalwarts of the culture, urlLink Movabletype/Six Apart , has adjusted its top position. Mena Trott, one of the co-founders, has stepped down from the CEO position of this highly ingenious and influential organization.
The move is sure to ruffle the feathers of many MovableType verterans as a sign that the company is further 'selling out', but this is what business is about. I think that Mena puts it best herself on her weblog: "I'm a proud person, but not a foolish person. I'd rather be a part of a successful company that I co-founded and ran as CEO for a year than hold on to a title because of ego.
