  Goyim Gourmet Latke's 2 russet potatos, peeled and shredded 1 egg some flour - you decide what is right for you my friend 1 small onion, chopped i reccomend grabbing handfuls of the potato shreddings and squeezing the water out, then add the flour. alternately just add more flour. you are looking for a fairly dry consistency but still some moisture.
crack the egg and throw it in. add that onion, joe. mix it up good. heat up some vegetable oil in a pan, the more you use the crispier they will be i think, you could use a little and cook them like pancakes, or alot and cook them like deep fried. serve with ketchup and for an added treat, some campbell's cream of mushroom soup !
