  Here in Houston people have the opportunity to go vote on 22 amendments to the already amendment-heavy Texas state constitution.
I think it should be illegal to ask people to go vote on an amendment when the ballot only says: "The constitutional amendment relating to the provision of parks and recreational facilities by certain conservation and reclamation districts. " Seriously, that's all it says for one of the props. John said if the state wants Texans to be smart enough to decipher such a cryptic ballot, they better start spending some real money on education!
