Fellowshipping with the Ring I know I just wrote a movie review for The Return of the King, but I realized I liked writing a movie review so much that I'm writing one about The Fellowship of the Ring. I stated in the last review how much I loved The Fellowship. Allow me to restate it. It was awesome .
The film started off peaceful and happy, and as the movie progressed it slowly turned into something bigger than what the characters could handle, but there was no turning back. The peacefulness that was at the begining brought you closer to the characters and made you actually care about them. Then slowly as the danger increased so did your worry for them. Any film that can capture the audience and make there heart pound as fast as the character's heart appears to be is a wonderful film. This movie was also good because it introduced a new era in film making. It has changed the way Hollywood looks at book-movies and has left an imprint on this generation. The music is timed perfectly with this film. Again back to the happiness in The Shire, the music is simple and comforting.
But when the enemy arrives it is hard, loud brass instruments that make you fear what lurks around the corner. This film has shed a new light on filming making and script writing to me and I think it will have a lasting impact. Please give feedback on what you thought of the film, and what I have said. My Two Cents, Clint
