Get crazy- Do something absolutely crazy so you will worry about it the next day instead of what you were worrying about to begin with. Preferably this won't end with "...And I was cuffed and put in the back seat. " Day Two 1. Lay in bed all day the next day worrying about what you did the night before. Don't eat anything. Day Three 1. Wake up 2. Eat 3. Go do something- It will make you feel better to be awake and doing something productive since you wasted a whole day laying in bed. Day Four 1. Get drunk and repeat the day 2 and 3.
