  SERVICE: Repairs are a click away for mechanics GM starts virtual training program for dealers By Ralph Kisiel urlLink Automotive News / July 05, 2004 Automotive service technicians are using simulation training developed to help U.S. Air Force technicians fix jet fighters and bombers. An auto technician can take the simulations wherever the technician has access to a personal computer with Internet connection. The technology was developed jointly by General Motors and Raytheon Co. I led the Programming and Graphics team to develop those Simulations!! Pretty neat, huh? Congrats' to the team (Vu, Jeff, Tony, John, Ingrid, and Jason)!
