Amy, no scanner access either. I work at a rather large firm, and they have all the equipment, but scanning my tank top would probably be beyond the scope of my daily work!!!
I've started the front now, and am more pleased with the short rows. I had to rip it out once, as it seems I 'forgot' how to do the short rows and they looked pretty ridiculous and wonky. I went to the books, and found out I was senselessly complicating the matter. Once I refreshed my rememory on the correct way to short row, as well as how to pick up the wrap on the purl side, I was home free.
It's looking pretty nice. Oh how I wish I could post a picture! Now I have several inches of boring stockinette (since I'm knitting a shapless-shapely-tee), and will actually attempt the short rows for the bust. I really, really hope to wear this baby this year.
