  In a recent court decision, Washington state struck down as unconstitutional a law banning the sale of violent video games to minors. This is clearly a victory for free speech. Video games have been targeted by politicians and right-leaning groups for inciting violence in schools, etc.
All I have to say to that is - by the time your kid is a teenager they've seen urlLink thousands urlLink of murders and criminal acts on TV and in movies.
