  We're moving the Wed workout to Grady so we can use the track.&nbsp; We're going to try and figure out a way to do drills there, so bring both cleats and running shoes.&nbsp; For those who can't make it, the track workout will be up soon.&nbsp; Directions are get off at 75/85 at 10th street and go east.&nbsp; Grady will be the big stadium on the right before 10th deadends.
