Eclipse.org published the Eclipse 3.0 recently ,a product of an open source software project. Many people prefer to use it as a Java IDE , but it is much beyond that.Other tool builders can be installed as plug-ins and integrated in Eclipse. In my projet I also used the Eclipse(a old version 2.1) to made the Java code(almost 3000 lines)for the hardware token(iButton) and the Host.I feel very smooth and effective by using Eclipse comparing with the later versions of Jbuilder ,which gives me the impression: massiness. (Sorry, just my own idea, Jbuilder can support some technique such as JSP,etc very well. ) I like Eclipse indeed.
