I've got that song "Suddenly Seymore" from The Little Shop of Horrors stuck in my head. Only I don't know the words, so I just keep hearing Suddenly Seymore over and over again.
It's lame. When I was in sixth grade I went on a trip to Washington, D.C. We were supposed to see that musical. At the last minute, the theatre switched the production to Oklahoma! I had that song that goes "O-K-L-A-H-O-M-A Oklahoma! O-K" stuck in my head for two weeks. When I saw the Lion King , I had "Circle of Life" and "Hakuna Matata" (forgive me for spelling errors) stuck in my head for a month.
I just saw a month or so ago Mamma Mia and had "Dancing Queen" stuck in my head for a couple days. Other songs that have been stuck in my head include: The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Music I Feel Pretty Beauty and the Beast Just the DA.DA.DA.DA.DA.DUM music from Phantom of the Opera My point is...musicals are a highly addictive drug with disturbing side effects. But I love them so.
