  today still go to sch as usual. but late abit ah.aft sch, went eat lunch wif deviana. only lao na free sia.2nd n 4th na go home den 3rd na stay&nbsp;in sch with 6th na. den 7th na go meet stead. wad sia. everyday so many programs!! aft eating, went home den change into my sports attire den go gym wif my sister. very tired. mon 19th went gym with deviana.tue 20th went running wif sis downstair.today went gym wif pei.
haha. almost tis whole weeks will be doing many exercise. tml still got napha 2.4km run. haha. if everyday do sit up 35 times. sure will no tummy in 1month. haha. good good.&nbsp; me today weight at my P.E period.wad sia, 51.2kg. kao!!!!!!!! really have to diet le lo. jus now ate 3 spoonful of rice den drank one small bowl of soup den ate half apple. so, tis week is the starting ok my diet period.
