  urlLink soundgenerator.com Duran Duran's unparalleled reputation for making spectacular videos is set to continue, with the news that the band recently completed filming for a new video shot in three different countries on four different film formats. "(Reach UP For The) Sunrise" is the first single to be lifted from the all-new studio album "Astronaut" and is produced by Duran Duran and Don Gilmore (Good Charlotte, Linkin Park, Avril Lavigne, Pearl Jam. The single was written some 18 months ago while the band were recording demos in the South Of France, and recently mixed in London by Jeremy Wheatley (Massive Attack, Sugababes).
Directed by The Polish Brothers ("Twin Falls Idaho," "Jackpot" and "Northfolk"), the video was shot in locations in the US, UK and Spain and captures each band member on a different film format - from 35 mm, 8mm, and High Definition to mini-DV. Scenes include John Taylor in the Californian desert, Nick Rhodes flying over London, Roger Taylor driving through London in an E-Type Jaguar and Simon LeBon riding a motocross bike off-road.
