  Hello everyone. I hope your day is going wonderfully. Mine is better today I am happy to say. I did pretty well yesterday! This is my log for July 26, 2004. Breakfast: 1 bowl life cereal with low fat 2% milk 4 fresh strawberries &nbsp; Lunch: 1 small sirloin steak *on George Foreman grill* w/ A1 Steak Sauce 1 packet easy mac 1/2 grapefruit Dinner: 3 oz cube steak w/ A1 Steak Sauce 1 serving mashed potatoes&nbsp;w/ margarine 15 green seedless grapes Snacks: 1 cup cheez it crackers 1/4 cup salted roasted almonds Exercise: 1 mile walk away the pounds (includes upper body work-out) This was a really good day health wise.
