  Ok,  the Ben Regime took it to Stanford's campus last night for our interval training.  The paths through the park there are nice,  though the " off- road"
 portions definitely have too many pits to do it after dark if we decide to go that way again.  In terms of our intervals,  we did pretty well on pace until the last two which is saying a lot because that was a long sustained amount of running prior to the last ones.
