I loved the View Points work today. It was so interesting to figure out how to move my body in space, and work with tempo and levels and relationships. It's really interesting to think about the different stories that pop up just from reactions between people. I think it might have been good to work a little bit more with different parts of the body leading, because you can lead with any part of the body-from the tip of the nose to the back of the left knee joint. But it was still interesting to think about the different personalities that goes along with leading parts.
I think we should also work more on touch and how it can be used in acting. I've noticed young actors have trouble touching and when you're in plays that involve two people kissing, those two people end up feeling horrible because they are made fun of, and they're already in an uncomfortable position. Just some thoughts.. Annie
