This project involves design and implementation of 3D Reconstruction package along with Visualization aids. Given a number of parallel cross-section images of an object (e.g.. Brain) the software has to reconstruct the whole 3D image. It has to display the reconstructed image in rendered form and has to allow the user to know the inner details by giving him the facility to make some part of the object transparent
