As mentioned in the course-description above, the final exam will be on Tuesday, May 18, 1:30 - 3:30PM. The midterm will be on Thursday, March 18, during class hours (12:30 - 1:45 PM). Both exams will be held in the classroom, and will both be closed-book, closed-notes.TA Office Hours: Mon, Wed 2PM - 3PM

The following are the chapters you need to read from the book, for the mid-term: Section 8.1, Section 9.1 (excluding the material on "Simultaneous minimum and maximum") and Section 9.3, Sections 15.2, 15.3, and 15.5, Section 16.1, Chapter 22, Chapter 23, Chapter 24 (except Sections 24.2 and 24.4), Chapter 25 (up to the end of Section 25.2), Section 28.2, and Section 33.4.
