Getting a wired laptop connection
To get a wired laptop connection, you must have an assigned
desk with an available network cable or jack. Contact staff@cs.umd.edu
to request an IP address and network connection. Please include the
name you'd like to use for your laptop, the room number and location of
your desk, the number from an existing ethernet cable on your desk if
one exists, and the MAC address of your laptop.
