JavaMemoryModel: Class Loaders and Garbage Collection

Hi folks,

We're finishing up some of the stuff on finalization and garbage
collection, and we were wondering if anyone knew or had a reference to the
rules concerning when it was legal to garbage collect class loaders and
class instances.
