For copyright reasons, the lecture notes and reading materials are accessible only from IP addresses within the University of Maryland. If you are a student in the class and have a problem accessing materials from off campus, it is possible to fix this by installing a VPN client, which allows you log into the University system from off campus, and then access files as if you were logged in locally.
