CoCo is an exploratory data analysis tool that compares two cohorts of patients (or any group of temporal event history records) to find what patterns are more associated with one cohort of the other. A novel taxonomy of metrics is applied to compare event sequence frequencies and durations, thereby producing thousands of hypotheses that are tested. The web-based user interface enables analysts to explore and understand this large number of possible distinctions between the two cohorts.
