Fair Details
Join the Department of Computer Science for an exciting opportunity to connect with computer science undergraduate and graduate students looking for challenging and rewarding internships, co-ops, and full-time careers to foster their technical capabilities. This bi-annual event welcomes innovative and exciting companies from across the U.S., including startups, government organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and tech giants.
Registration Information: Booths include one (1) 2x6 table, one (1) black tablecloth for a 2x6 table, two (2) chairs, wireless access, booth signage, parking, and breakfast and lunch for up to four (4) of your registered representatives. Access to an electrical outlet is available for an additional fee (if requested on the registration form via *extra Item*). Companies are encouraged to bring any display, materials, swag, etc. that fits within these parameters.

StartUp: $300 (Subject to approval. For registration, we generally define startups as firms that are in the seed stage through early financing, and/or have been in existence for 5 years or less, and/or have less than eighty employees, and/or exhibit a "rapid growth" or "early-stage innovation" mindset.)

UMD Campus Office/Department: $200
Electricity: Electricity is not included. Access is available for an additional fee of $50.
Booth Forfeit: If you do not arrive by 2:00 pm the day of the fair and have not contacted us via email at cscareerfairs@umd.edu to make alternative arrangements, we will consider your booth forfeited and reserve the right to assign it to another exhibitor.
Shipping: Shipping is limited and based on availability. Details will be forthcoming.
Unloading
Those bringing materials may stop at the side door of Stamp to drop off materials with assistance from student volunteers. To help us expedite the drop-off process, we kindly ask that you have all materials ready upon arrival. This will ensure a smooth and efficient unloading experience for everyone. We will have volunteers outside ready to assist you in unloading.
Parking
Free parking will be available for your designated representatives. All reps requiring parking must be noted on your registration by September 8th, 2025, using this form here.
Important Notes:

Parking is limited—carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Due to on-campus construction, events, and heavy student foot traffic, please allow extra time to navigate campus in the morning.

If no reserved spots remain, representatives will need to cover their own parking fees.

The Department of Computer Science does not reimburse for parking violations.

Step 1: To complete the payment process, you will need the invoice number and information from the invoice. You will need to reference your invoice to complete the required information (Event Name, Invoice Number, and Registration amount).

Step 2: Fill in all required information for payment processing.

Step 3: Once the credit card payment has been successfully processed you will be emailed a statement to that effect. A second email will be sent within the next ten business days reflecting your payment and providing you with a zero balance receipt. The payment will appear as a charge from our Division of Student Affairs on your credit card statement.

Payment & Cancellation Deadline: The deadline to receive a full refund and not owe a balance is Monday, September 8th, 2025. No refunds will be administered after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Department of Computer Science at cscareerfairs@umd.edu. Failure to cancel in writing by the cancellation deadline will leave your organization responsible for the registration fee, regardless of circumstances
