07.23.2014 18:35 Outage of ALL CS systems 6a - 7:30a Tues, 7/22

During the maintenance window, 6a - 7:30a, on Tue. 7/22, there will be a COMPLETE POWER OUTAGE in AVW 1138 (the CS datacenter) and AVW 1144 (the Flex Lab). This will impact ALL CS systems. There will be a complete loss of access during the duration of this period. We will attempt to gracefully shutdown all CS-supported machines prior to the power outage. Machines that are not serving mission-critical services will be shut down prior to 6am and may be restarted after 7:30am.

The CS Dept. will perform network maintenance between 6am - 7:30am on Tues 7/15 and Thurs. 7/17. During this time you may experience intermittent or complete loss of network access.

The Division of Information Technology has announced an outage on the campus wireless network between 4am to 6 a.m. on Tues. July 15 and July 22.

The Division of Information Technology has scheduled a network upgrade between the hours of 6am to noon on Sat., July 5. Members of CS should plan on not having network connectivity during the campus upgrade window as AVW is an impacted building.
